Service: The online 3D AI skeletal rigging and animation processing provided by Holymolly Limited.

User / You: Any person or entity that accesses or uses our Service.

Content: Any data, files, or models you upload to our Service, including but not limited to 3D models and related assets.

Processed Output: The digital results (e.g., animations, rigging data) generated by our Service from your uploaded Content.

Free Global Access: Our Service is provided free of charge to users worldwide.

Processing Location: Uploaded 3D models are processed on servers located in Hong Kong.

Temporary Storage: All uploaded Content is stored temporarily and is automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.

Future Account Options: At present, no account registration is required; however, future versions of the Service may offer optional user accounts.

Lawful Use & Compliance:

You must only upload Content that is lawful, that you have the right to use, and that complies with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where our Service is available. This includes, without limitation, laws related to intellectual property, obscenity, hate speech, terrorism, and any other regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Content:

You agree not to upload any Content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
• Contains obscene, offensive, or harmful material, including hate speech or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Could compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.

Content Review and Liability:

Due to our current limited capacity to pre-screen or verify uploaded Content, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring your Content's legality and compliance. You further agree to hold Holymolly Limited harmless for any liability or legal issues arising from your Content.

Your Ownership:

You retain ownership of your original Content.

License to Process:

By uploading your Content, you grant Holymolly Limited a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Processed Output:

The Processed Output is generated for your personal or internal use only and does not confer any additional rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing and Storage:

Your Content is processed on servers located in Hong Kong and is stored temporarily. We delete all uploaded Content automatically within 24 hours after processing.

Use of Your Content:

We do not use your uploaded Content for any purposes other than to deliver the Service. By using our Service, you consent to this processing and temporary storage.

Service "As Is":

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

No Guarantee:

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be continuously available.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Holymolly Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holymolly Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
